SHOULDER SEASON

A drink created to capture the essence of the shoulder season - that time of year when winter is finally at a close & spring is on the horizon. In my time in the Catskills, I’ve grown to associate this in-between with one of my favorite spring vegetables : sugar snap peas. Infused into a NY corn vodka, and complimented by the floral & herbal character of yellow chartreuse, and finished with split acid base of lemon & lime.
