Maxwell Higgins is a hospitality industry professional with a passion for creating memorable experiences for people.
At Full Moon Resort, he managed bar operations for high volume destination weddings, corporate retreats, & music festivals. As leader of the bar department, he ensured every event was executed to the unique vision of his private clients.
Moving onto Klocke Estate, he was the most adaptable of the FOH hospitality staff. Cross-trained in 3+ roles across their fine-dining restaurant, private events, and tours + tastings - Max delivered high-level hospitality at a premier Hudson Valley destination.
Now assuming a retail sales associate role at Bloom Room, he is continuing to grow his consultative sales, product knowledge, and customer service skills in a boutique cannabis dispensary.
DESIGN
With a foundation in digital media & design, Maxwell offers a range of services to freelance clients and employers, specializing in front-end website design, website content management, and sales & marketing materials. His work focuses on strengthening brand visibility, developing ecommerce platforms, and creating digital experiences that generate online sales. With experience revamping existing brands and building their digital presence from the ground up, Maxwell brings creative direction and an adaptable approach to projects across hospitality, retail, and consumer brands.
