At Full Moon Resort, he managed bar operations for high volume weddings, corporate retreats, & concerts. He spearheaded the bar department, trained and led full time/part time staff, and managed the resort’s bar inventory spaces, cost of goods, and private client relationships.
Moving onto Klocke Estate, he was the most adaptable of the FOH hospitality team, cross-trained in 4+ roles across their fine-dining restaurant, private events, estate tours + tastings, along with collaborating with the distillery sales marketing team.
Now assuming a retail sales associate role at Bloom Room, continuing to grow his consultative selling, product knowledge, and customer service skills in a boutique cannabis dispensary setting.
DESIGN
With a foundation in digital media & design, Maxwell offers a range of services to freelance clients and employers, specializing in front-end website design, website content management, and sales & marketing materials. His work focuses on strengthening brand visibility, developing ecommerce platforms, and creating digital experiences that turn brand attention into online sales. With experience revamping existing brands and building their digital presence from the ground up, Maxwell brings creative direction and an adaptable approach to projects across hospitality, retail, and consumer brands.
