Hospitality professional with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a background spanning front-of-house service, client relations, and retail sales. Known for building genuine connections with clients, providing knowledgeable and attentive service, and creating memorable experiences.
At Full Moon Resort, Maxwell spent two years as Bar Manager, overseeing high-volume beverage service for destination weddings, retreats, music festivals, and special events in the Catskill Mountains. The role gave him a strong foundation in hospitality, from managing fast paced service to creating experiences of a lifetime for event clients and guests.
Refining his hospitality experience at Klocke Estate Distillery, a premier Hudson Valley destination, he was a front of house team member at an 180-acre organic estate, farm-to-table fine dining restaurant, and luxury brandy distillery. There, he developed his knowledge of fine-dining service standards in a high level estate distillery bar program.
CREATE.
With a foundation in digital marketing and design, Max also offers a range of creative design services to his freelance clients, specializing in brand marketing materials, graphic design, and website design.
