At Full Moon Resort, Maxwell spent two years as Bar Manager, overseeing high-volume beverage service for destination weddings, retreats, music festivals, and special events in the Catskill Mountains. The role gave him a strong foundation in hospitality, from managing fast paced service to creating experiences of a lifetime for event clients and guests.
He continued building his hospitality experience at Klocke Estate Distillery, a premier Hudson Valley destination, working across the front of house at its 180-acre organic estate, farm-to-table fine dining restaurant, and luxury brandy distillery. There, he developed his knowledge of fine dining service standards while connecting with guests in a more refined hospitality environment.
Most recently, Maxwell joined Bloom Room team, a cannabis dispensary on Main Street in Delhi, New York. The role has allowed him to expand into a boutique retail setting, combining product knowledge and personalized customer service while sharpening his consultative sales experience.

With a foundation in digital marketing and design, Max also offers a range of creative design services to his freelance clients, specializing in brand marketing materials, graphic design, and front-end website design.
