Maxwell is a seasoned hospitality industry professional with a passion for creating memorable experiences. Starting in 2016 as a bus boy at Egan & Sons, he has spent over a decade in the service industry across a variety of dynamic roles.

Kicking off his full-time entrance into the service industry, he worked for two years as a bar manager at Full Moon Resort, running high volume event bar service for retreats, destination weddings, and music festivals in the heart of the Catskills .

Moving next to Klocke Estate Distillery, a premier Hudson Valley destination, he served as an an all around front of house team member across their 180 acre organic estate vineyard , farm-to-table fine dining restaurant, and luxury brandy distillery.

Now assuming a role at Bloom Room, a new cannabis dispensary on Main Street in Delhi, he is sharpening his retail sales skills in a modern boutique environment outside of the F&B space.
