Maxwell Higgins is a seasoned hospitality industry professional with a passion for creating memorable experiences for people. Starting as bus boy in an Irish pub, Max has spent over a decade in and out of the service industry across many dynamic roles.

Kicking off his full-time entrance into the service industry at Full Moon Resort, Max served as a bar manager running high volume event productions for destination weddings, retreats, and banquets in the Catskill mountains.

Moving next to Klocke Estate Distillery, a premier Hudson Valley destination, he was an all around front of house professional across their farm-to-table fine dining restaurant, brandy distillery, and luxury tasting room.

Now assuming a new role at Bloom Room, a new dispensary in the heart of Delhi New York, Max is continuing to refine his customer service skills in a modern boutique storefront.
